Purchases:

Items bought from MTBKaraoke are deemed as backup use only. To abide by International Copyright Law, you must own the copyright to the material you use. The purchaser by purchasing, is agreeing that they own the copyright to the material. MTBKaraoke are not responsible for any mis-use.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of the material sold and the fact items can be copied, there are strictly NO MONETARY REFUNDS on items purchased. By purchasing, you are agreeing that you have read and understood these terms.

Should any drive be found to be defective, this will be replaced if returned within 7 days.

In the case of Hard Drives, each drive is brand new and has at least 12 month manufacturers warranty. All drives are fully tested before dispatch. Should a drive be found to be D.O.A. ( Dead on arrival ) - please contact us immediately.

Payment, Dispatch, Shipping & Handling:

Payment is handled by our secure payment processor PayPal. You are covered by PayPal`s buyer protection, so you can be assured you will receive your purchase.

Dispatch ( Item Sent ) is 1-2 working days after PayPal current order displayed on the home page for Hard Drives - 1 working day after payment for other items. For Uk customers please allow 7 working days for hard drive arrival. For US/Worldwide customers, please allow 14-21 working days for hard drive arrival.

Uk customers who would like their drive shipped same or next working day as payment can purchase by cash. Cash should only be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, so that it is signed for as proof of arrival. ( £3.95 approx). MTBKaraoke can not and will not be responsible for cash payment sent unrecorded.

Bank Transfer is also available for faster dispatch. ( 2 working days ) Please contact us for cash / bank transfer sales.

Shipping for hard drives is via Special Delivery ( UK ) to be signed for. Guaranteed by 1pm next working day.

For US / Worldwide customers Hard Drives are sent via International Signed For and you are given a tracking number to keep you updated.

Customs:

MTBKaraoke has shipped worldwide and goods are sent as gift items or Hard Drive Repair/Recovery. There has been no reports of customs charging extra. However, for US / Worldwide customers, MTBKaraoke are not responsible for any customs fee that might occur in your country. This must be incurred by the purchaser.
