I bought my hard drive about 10 months ago and I have to say it does exactly what it says on the tin. The help given to me before I purchased was first class but the after sales service is second to none. I never had to wait longer than a day for a reply to any query I had.

I would really like to thank you again and again.
This message is all readers.
I brought my hardrive late last year and i was finding it very differcult to get things going,and every time i contacted Mark by email he always answered them without fail, he is a true proffessional when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICES, alot of companys would just get fed up but not Mark he gave me all the support i needed .In the end i still could not get thing going, so i asked Mark if i send you my Laptop and Hardrive would you set it up for me, reluctanly he agreed but never charged me a penny for it. IF ANYONE OUT THERE is thinking about purchasing and feeling afraid because you don't think you are gonna get the goods i tell you now you will never regret it, God bless you Mark

Just to say a big thank you for all your help and advice, unfortunately my first hard drive after a couple of days failed to work.
You kindly asked me to send it back to you, so you could check it out as it was the first one that was ever to break down in the seven years you have been trading.
I sent it to you on the Monday, and by the following Saturday I received a brand new replacement not only that you reimbursed my postage.. all I can say is thanks for providing a first class professional service.
